The Noisebomb Drift Opening Race Day has ended. I hope you had fun, hopefully it's just the beginning of a race day series.
Congratulations to our two Noisebomb members RaymondChevalier and 1MIG, who totally ruled the PC leaderboard! :) The third place goes to NV Renifer, congrats too. The Xbox360 and Playstation 3 rankings were pretty left out by Noisebomb members, but nevertheless I want to mention BRWARLOCK who reached the impressive score of 90224 points! Drift Opening Race Day - the clock is ticking!
Our first Noisebomb Race Day is coming to an end. The Drift Opening Race Day only lasts until 1/23/2008 9:00:00 AM (PST), so you have to hurry, if you want to participate. :)
So far, we have some great scores on all platforms and at the moment our Noisebomb member RaymondChevalier is leading the PC rankings. There is still some time left, so we'll see if he can be kicked off the throne. ;)  Additionally, we've added two new features: One of them already launched yesterday, is the Shoutbox, you can see to your right. Just write, whatever comes into your mind. :) The second feature is the user profile, which was already quite overdue. Just login with your username and password and you can edit your profile here. Your userprofile is linked in the rankings and the members listing, but you can share the direct links to your profile as well. ProStreet Xbox LIVE Race Weekend UPDATE
The Need for Speed ProStreet Xbox LIVE Race Weekend starts today at 12:01 A.M. (PT)., where you can win a NFS ProStreet skinned Xbox 360 (Limited Edition). At this event you're able to participate at the leaderboard tournament or race against the ProStreet Dev Team or the girls from the PMS Clan.
Unfortunately the participation is only possible for residents of the USA and Canada. :(  Don't miss your chance to go up against some of the best drivers in the world during the leaderboard tournament. Jump into the action on Sunday, January 13, from 12:01 A.M. until 11:59 P.M. (PT). To be eligible, you must register your gamertag before the end of the tournament. To participate and record your score on the leaderboard: 1. Enter Race Day from the Main Menu 2. Navigate to the Battle Machine Org Body 3. Select Portland International Raceway track 4. Select your vehicle for the grip race. For this Tournament, only scores posted using the vehicles listed below will be allowed to participate. Any player who is found to be competing using any other vehicles will be automatically disqualified from this Tournament. 1. Dodge Charger R/T 2. Toyota Corolla GTS (AE86) 3. Mazda RX-8 4. Mitsubishi Eclipse 5. Infinity G35 (V35) 6. Pontiac GTO 7. Chevrolet Chevelle SS 5. Select the FIRST Grip race (Festival Circuit) listed in the Race Events menu. 6. You can view the Leaderboard from the Portland Race Day menu (select "Leaderboards") or by selecting Leaderboards from the game Main Menu (select Leaderboards > Race Day). Press Y to change the filter to Daily and X to see all users (not just your friends list). yep, simple to test: If your friendlist is too huge you wont see any scores of your friends and the Kingsymbol(s) for Onlineracedays will disappear, too. @V8Bockwurst: Sometimes nfsps simply hangs while changing to the next screen and i discovered a solution: <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del> and open task manager, switch to processes, delete "cidaemon.exe" and after some seconds you are back to nfsps and the next screen appears. Dont worry, "cidaemon.exe" will reappear and so this works several times. Dont know the reason, but it works :) [23:50:41] 1MIG @ V8Bockwurst maybe the problem with the "waiting for ranking stats" results in a bug with the friendslist i discovered shortly. If the friendlist is too overloaded (i cant specify an exact number but i think the max amount is around 50 or 60) the server wont update the ranking list. it simply hangs up.. remove some ppl from your frindlist. Then it should be work again.. [20:13:01] Psykoppy I have the same problem! I tried a view times to play the raceday but it kicks me always out at saving.
